A. Typically between 70 to 80 percent of market value.
Q. How soon can I get my money?
A. Usually the money can be in your account within 10 to 28 working days.
Q. Can I rent the property back?
A. Yes, in most cases this is certainly possible. We will be pleased to discuss our various options with you.
Q. How much will it cost me to sell to you?
A. There is no charge. If you choose to use the solicitors that we recommend for you, there will be no legal fees either!
Q. My home is about to be repossessed. Can you help?
A. Yes. You would need to contact us without delay and we should be able to help you and advise you of what options that may be open to you.
Q. Will my neighbours find out about my situation?
A. No. Our service is totally confidential.
Q. Do I need to get a Home Information Pack?
A. No, as this is a private sale. By not selling your property through an estate agent you make another saving.
Q. I know someone who wants to sell quickly, can you help?
A. Yes, and if we should buy the property we would pay you an ‘Introducers Fee’.
